Schoenbrunn Healthcare became a Progressive Quality Care facility in 2001. By joining the Progressive Quality Care family, which is owned and operated by the Flank family from Cleveland, provided the facility with Long Term Care experience and knowledge of individuals dedicated to serving residents. Admission to the facility typically begins with a referral from a discharge planner at the hospital, physician or insurance company, but may also be initiated by an individual or family member. The admission coordinator will obtain pertinent medical information from the hospital and arrange for transportation and admission to the facility. Tours of the facility are welcome at any time. Schoenbrunn Healthcare is Certified through Medicare and Medicaid and has agreements with many private insurance companies.
